Hypnosis for Expectant Mothers

The Clinic uses the natural state of hypnosis, deep relaxation and the power of suggestion to ease the pregnancy and birth experience. Under the premise that a relaxed body cannot contain a destructive emotion, hypnosis conditions your subconscious mind, which is responsible for all bodily functions, to relax during pregnancy, and deal with any fear or anxiety associated with pregnancy and labour. Using hypnosis can greatly reduce, if not eliminate tension or stress which can often lead to severe pain during the birthing process.
